Junior Programmatic Consultant

Programmads is active in the MadTech (Marketing – Advertising – Technology) industry. We are an EMEA licensed Sales Partner for Google and Amazon Ad Technology. We provide Programmatic Marketing technology and services to Media Agencies and brands, from full-service management to self-service access. We provide expertise and vision in a world where marketing and technology are unified as one. 

For our Programmatic Marketing team we are looking for a Junior Programmatic Consultant.

Your skills

  • You have at least 1 year of programmatic/search experience on either sell-side or buy-side in a media agency, an agency trading desk, a demand side platform or programmatic technology company
  • Relevant experience in technologies like Display Video V360, Campaign Manager 360, Adform or Amazon DSP is a plus
  • Fluent in ENG and NL or FR
  • You have strong analytical thinking abilities, problem-solving mindset
  • You are well organized with attention to detail
  • You are stress resistant
  • You must be an independent thinker and highly creative in digital media buying and optimization

Your responsibilities

  • Creation and preparation of media plan/recommendation for clients based on their business objectives and challenges based on their KPI’s
  • Implementation, setup and the trafficking of the programmatic campaigns through CM and DV360
  • Daily maintenance and pro-actively optimising the campaigns toward client’s KPIs 
  • Analysing reports and advising your clients on the next steps based on your experience
  • Be able to detect problems and/or opportunities for your clients 
  • Manage the relationships with the sales-houses nationwide
  • Learn about the current state and the upcoming new trends on programmatic formats, audiences and landscape

Salary range

  • Gross salary package > €35K, will be adapted based on fit and experience
